Packages and Fees

A civil wedding ceremony gives you the freedom to choose your favourite location (such as a beautiful park, beachside, a loved restaurant, or your home) and the date and time which is suitable to you and your guests.

My home in Clarinda with the beautifully decorated and spacious garden is also available as a Wedding Venue for up to 15 guests.

There are three Packages which will give you an idea of what to expect from my services.

Exclusive Wedding Package

The ‘Exclusive’ Wedding Package is for a large-scale wedding with more than 40 guests

I will:

  • Handle all legal paperwork

  • Present you with the Marriage Certificate

  • Travel to the location and venue of your choice

  • Provide a PA system

  • Play music of your choice (via a PA system)

  • Coordinate with a photographer, videographer or musicians at the venue

  • Prepare an individual wedding scenario which is tailored to your wishes

  • Perform a bilingual wedding in English/Russian for the convenience of the audience (if required)

  • Discuss with you the optional parts of your ceremony (rituals, poetry, readings) and incorporate them into your wedding scenario, if chosen by you

  • Address your concerns and answer all the questions.

  • Arrive at the wedding venue 20 minutes prior to the commencement of the ceremony to ensure any necessary final preparations

  • Ensure that the ceremony runs smoothly and all parties are aware of their movements during the ceremony (as per the developed wedding scenario)

Premium Wedding Package

The ‘Premium’ Wedding Package is offered for a medium-scale wedding with 25 – 35 guests.

The services offered are in line with those offered in the ‘Exclusive’ Wedding Package, but they are adjusted to the smaller scale of this wedding. For example, you might not have a big bridal party and would not require a PA system or you might not wish for music to be played.

I will still handle all legal paperwork; issue the Marriage Certificates; lodge the necessary paperwork with the BDM Registry; create and perform your individual wedding ceremony in the language of your choice (English or English/Russian).

Intimate Wedding Package

The ‘Intimate’ Wedding Package is suitable for a small-scale wedding with up to 10 guests.

  • Suitable for all couples who wish to have an easy-going, no frills, small ceremony in front of their witnesses and close friends

  • In addition to the handling of all legal paperwork and issuing of the Marriage Certificates, any feature from the ‘Dream’ or ‘Premium’ Wedding Packages can be discussed and included.

 

My fees are affordable, reasonable and comparable to the ones of the BDM Registry

The fee range from $500 – $700 depending on the Wedding Package you chose. They are also negotiable depending on the couple’s status. A discount of 10-20% could be offered to students, pensioners and couples with low income.

I require a Booking Fee of $200.00 to be paid on the day you lodge the NOIM form with me.

Depending on the location of the wedding, there could be an additional travel cost of around $50 – $80 incurred where the two-way distance between my house and the wedding venue is greater than 50km.

I will be happy to discuss and provide you with a fixed fee for my services.
